BEFORE having any permament cosmetic procedures.

* Client understands that permanent cosmetic procedures are not the same final result as the application of over-the-counter cosmetic products.
* Client understands permanent cosmetic procedures are semi- permanent and will fade in any given time.
* Client understands permanent cosmetic procedures are not guaranteed full or even coverage that could be due to imperfections in the facial tissue of the client.
* Permanent Cosmetic procedures are not a form or an alternative to plastic or reconstructive surgery.
* Client understands that the final healed lip color result may not be the exact pigment color chosen, due to the undetermined natural blue undertones in the lip tissue combined with the pigment. This also applies to the eyebrow and areola.
* Client agrees that the 1st procedure and 1st touch up within 6 months are included in the quoted fee.
*Any other procedure or touch up is an extra charge. No exceptions. *
Can I tell in advance which shape & colors will look best on me?
Yes. All shaping and color selecting will be done before treaments to meet your approval.
What colors are available?
Select from 50 natural tones or we can blend your own unique color.
Could I have an allergic reaction?
The pigments used are created from natural and iron oxide so there is little chance of allergic reaction. A patch test is done 48 hrs prior to receiving treatment at the clients request.
What can permanent cosmetics do for me?
It can enhance your eyebrows, eyes & lips and make your morning routine easier.
Why have permanent cosmetics?
You can save time and money. Also no more worrying about smearing, smudging, makeup washing off or cosmetic allergies.
Does it hurt?
Some people usually experience a little discomfort described as a slight sting or "plucking" sensation. An aesthetic lotion is used to keep the area numb.
How long do permanent cosmetics last?
The treament is permanent. It won't wash off. However, with age the colors may soften. Touchups are required. To help prevent fading apply sunscreen daily.
